TerminalNexus
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single legal entity) and Safe Software Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of TerminalNexus (the "Software Product").
TerminalNexus is licensed to you, not sold. The Software Product is and remains the intellectual property of Safe Software Solutions, LLC and is protected by United States copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and upon payment of applicable fees, Safe Software Solutions, LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use TerminalNexus solely for your own software development and professional IT-related purposes.
The Software Product is intended for IT professionals, developers, DevOps engineers, and other technical users.
Updates that include bug fixes, patches, and minor improvements are provided at no additional charge. This license does not include entitlement to major version upgrades unless explicitly stated.
This EULA becomes effective on the date you accept it and remains in effect until terminated.
Safe Software Solutions, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace this EULA at any time. Updated versions will be made available within the Software Product or through associated documentation. Continued use of the Software Product after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate this EULA, your license, or access to the Software Product at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this EULA immediately cease, and you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software Product.
The Software Product may be offered with a fourteen (14) day free trial, beginning on the date of installation.
To continue using the Software Product after the trial period, you must purchase and activate a valid license key issued by Safe Software Solutions, LLC. If you do not purchase a license, you must stop using the Software Product and remove it from all devices after the trial expires.
Free trials are available only to users who have not previously used a trial version and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time.
License purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Except where prohibited by law, all fees are non-refundable, subject only to the Company's 30-day money-back guarantee. After this period, no refunds or credits will be issued.
You acknowledge that currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees are determined by your payment provider, and Safe Software Solutions, LLC is not responsible for such charges.
Transactions may be restricted or refused if they involve sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable sanctions laws.
You are granted the right to install and use one (1) copy of the Software Product on up to two (2) computers that you own or control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Safe Software Solutions, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Software Product or your violation of this EULA.
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safe Software Solutions, LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No oral or written information provided by the Company shall create any warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe Software Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
In no event shall the total liability of Safe Software Solutions, LLC exceed the greater of:
Safe Software Solutions, LLC is not responsible for third-party products or services referenced or accessed through the Software Product. Any interactions with third parties are solely between you and such parties.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Safe Software Solutions, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of this EULA is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Safe Software Solutions, LLC regarding the Software Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
